FAQs
Once we check your client’s insurance, it takes 3-4 business days to ship the trial device to you.
Many people do not have any out-of-pocket costs. Our devices are Medicare reimbursable and are covered by many state Medicaids and, private and commercial insurances. If there is an out-of-pocket cost, Lingraphica will help you and your client explore options like an out-of-pocket waiver or flexible payment plans.
You will work alongside Lingraphica’s clinical team to learn how to use the device. We’ll partner together to personalize the trial device to ensure your client is successful in incorporating it into their daily life!
Most device trials last up to three weeks, but some vary based on insurance requirements. As soon as it is determined that the device is a good fit, we can start the process to get the permanent device to your client.
