Welcome to the Lingraphica Certification Program! We’re glad you’re here. Think of this as a new adventure! At first, you may not be quite sure what you are getting yourself into, but you are going to come out the other side with greater understanding and competence with regard to AAC and, specifically, Lingraphica speech generating devices and products. The best parts of the LCP are that it is self-paced, ASHA-accredited, and you are never alone! There are thousands of SLPs all over the country on this journey with you. Plus, the staff here at Lingraphica will be walking beside you the whole way!

- Upload your completed Time Log into the course on the Learning Portal.

Wrapping Up
When you have completed all three steps please email learn@lingraphica.com to let us know. Program Members will receive a Congratulations! shipment celebrating your accomplishment. In addition, Program Members will be announced in the LCP Newsletter and their name will be added to the Lingraphica website as a Certified Lingraphica Technology Specialist.
FAQ
LCP Loaner Devices will be shipped before the start of Step 2.
No. We have shipping time factored into the Device Demo scheduling. Once you schedule, we will ship the loaner device out to you in plenty of time for your meeting.
You are welcome to keep the LCP Loaner Device as long as you need to. In return, Lingraphica asks that you complete 1 Engagement Activity per quarter for the life of the loan.
There are several Engagement Activities to choose from:
Client Trial
Take a CE course on the Learning Portal (any CE course counts—Live Courses, OnDemand, courses that are a part of the LCP or courses that are not a part of the LCP).
Clinical Rounds– We offer several Clinical Rounds sessions per month. These are 30-minute long Zoom conversations for SLPs only. We choose a topic of the month from the world of SLP. We sometimes bring in guest SLPs to share their knowledge and experiences on the chosen topic. We may bring in former clients to share. We almost always have helpful resources to share, as well. This is a great way to connect with SLPs from across the country in an informal setting. Clinical Rounds are not eligible for CE credit.
Observe a Virtual Connections Session– Learn more about Virtual Connections. If you would like to observe a session as your Engagement Activity simply look through the schedule and choose the session you’d like to attend. Then, email Virtual Connections Administrator, Candice Barber, at cbarber@lingraphica.com. Candice will send a link you can use to join the session.
Device Service Check– Schedule a Device Service Check. We will make sure your device is updated to the latest software version, point out any new features that you may not be aware of, and answer any questions you have.
Nope! Our system keeps track of engagement. You won’t hear from us unless you are due to complete an Engagement Activity. We’ll email you in plenty of time. At that point, you will have the option to complete an Engagement Activity or return the loaner device.
