Reimagine what AAC can do with a free device trial
Whether you’re AAC-curious or have years of experience,
Lingraphica makes it easy for you and your clients.
What to expect from a Lingraphica trial
A device trial gives you and your client a chance to explore how AAC can help support their communication goals. It also provides the documentation needed for insurance coverage, which is required by most payers.
Each step in the process is handled by a dedicated member of the Lingraphica team — from intake through device delivery — so you and your client are supported every step of the journey.

Device trial FAQs
We get started on your request right away. Once your intake is submitted, most trial devices ship within 2–3 business days.
Our devices are Medicare reimbursable and often covered by state Medicaid, private insurance, VAs, and other funding sources. We also offer flexible payment and financial assistance options for any out-of-pocket costs. We’ll work with you to help determine coverage, handle paperwork, and seek an out-of-pocket waiver based on eligibility when needed.
There’s really no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to AAC. If your client has challenges with communication, it’s worth exploring. A trial or a short call with our team can help determine if a device is the right fit — and we’re here to support you through that process.
AAC can support individuals with a wide range of conditions that affect communication. There’s no single “right” diagnosis — clients with aphasia, apraxia, progressive conditions, developmental disabilities, and more may all benefit. A trial gives you the opportunity to see how a device can support your client’s specific communication goals, regardless of their diagnosis, age, or time since onset.
Absolutely not! Each trial is supported by a full team of specialists — handling everything from benefits and customization to training and documentation. You’ll work directly with a Clinical Consultant who provides 1:1 support, including setup help and weekly check-ins. If you have questions at any step—shipping, benefits, device use, or anything else—we’re here to help.
Yes! A demo is the perfect way to see how the device can work for your clients — and for you. You can explore how it’s customized, what features it includes, and how support works. You can schedule your free demo here.
